Dr B provides independent medical examinations (IMEs) for workers’ compensation and medical-legal matters. Services are provided at the request of attorneys, insurers, and authorized parties. No treatment or ongoing patient care is provided.

Services are billed by invoice. Payment is required prior to release of reports unless otherwise agreed.
